Front Server - Full Time or Part Time - Alcohol Service Required, must be 21 years
of age or older. Previous experience preferred in a "like type" operation, must be
able to demonstrate knowledge of wine and wine service. Formal training a plus.
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. Daytime and evening shifts
currently available. $4.02 per hour plus gratuities
Bar Tender - Part Time - Alcohol Service Required, must be 21 years of age or
older. Previous experience preferred in a "like type" operation. Must be able to
demonstrate knowledge of wines, beers and liquors. Must be able to demonstrate
competency in mixology. Formal training a plus. Must be willing to work weekends
and holidays. Evening shifts currently available. $7.50 per hour plus gratuities, entry
level applicants need not apply.
Skilled Cook - Full Time - 2 or more years previous experience in a "like type"
operation, and/or an Associate's Degree from an accredited Culinary School. Must
be able to display fundamental technical skills and communicate fundamental
knowledge of culinary principals. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays,
shifts vary depending on business volume. Previous experience with banquet
production is a plus. Compensation is a competitive hourly wage commensurate
with experience. Entry level applicants need not apply.
